Hexaware to cut salary

• Hexaware Technologies announced a 50 per cent salary cut in basic pay for 350 employees who are going to be benched, and a 2-10 per cent salary cut for employees above certain levels, the senior-most taking the largest pay cuts.
• The 350 employees are currently non-billable (currently not on any project). Overall, the salaries of 40 per cent of the total employees will be unaffected.
